My complaint is with coupons. I have called several times to get the coupons other people get - they take the information and I never get the coupons on line. yesterday I was in the store went to get cream for 2.49 but at the check out line it was 2.98 because I did not check on line the discount coupon. went on line and spent an hour trying to get a new password because I forgot mine.
