Because you all make it super hard to talk to people on the phone. Not to mention your park workers the 2 times Ive been are rude and act put out all through out the park and in the front office. Also your lazy river has been closed all summer and not planning on opening and is part of why I got this season pass this week. I am handicap and thats one if the only things I can do. And this park acts like its no big deal. User's recommendation: Help them with a number they can talk to.
