Your new automated phone system does not allow me to easily request a prescription refill.

I called before the pharmacy at 5717 West Thunderbird opened to request two (2) refills. Instead of being allowed to enter the prescription number I had to give a vast amount data. Ranging from doctor's full name, my full name, etc. I hope you get the picture and can fix the phone system. By the way, the reason being able to call, I am at high risk for contracting the 19 virus.
