Your customer service agent (Rosemary) has lied to me concerning return of a Lenovo computer.

Rosemary promised me that my funds would be returned to my bank account as soon as the carrier picked up the defective computer. Computer was delivered to the carriers facility on 14 June and scanned in. Rosemary promised that my money would be deposited into my bank account immediately as I had provided her my bank account. I have called her number several times and left messages and no response. She should be terminated for lieing to a customer. I will be posting my unpleasant experience on several websites tomorrow if Lenovo does not immediately forward me funds to my account. Secondly I will be asking my credit card company to debit Lenovo for a refund. User's recommendation: Do not purchase a Lenovo product as they will not honor their warranty.
