The issue is still going on, and I am waiting for reply from lithia Volkswagen Honolulu. They have yet to correct the issue by not paying off the old car i sold them. Even though they sold it forward they never paid the bank off correctly causing my credit score to suffer. I tried talking to them several times and always get passed down to someone else that then says i will relay your message. User's recommendation: Make sure all the business is done correctly prior to any agreements. As of right now I’m not sure i could recommend them to anyone.
