I went through hard times after my mother’s death, and I’m very thankful to the personnel of the bank. They managed to help me deal with the loans, refinanced my credit card obligations, and offered fruitful investment options so that I could get out of the crisis faster. Now I don’t have to make the ends meet by cutting the corners and pressing my kids and wife financially. We do have enough money for everyday life and don’t feel like we need someone to help us deal with the finances after the tragedy.
