Update by user Apr 09, 2021 Nothing has happened yet Original review posted by user Apr 09, 2021 Refund but I cant talk to anyone or no one will email me I have a bank statement showing that Viagogo withdrew 400 dollars out of my bank I just want credit this isnt right Im out of work and I have been trying to get a refund for a year now my next step is Im taking them to small claims and suing for the max amount if I dont hear from someone by the 4/10/2021 I will file on Monday Im tired of this and I want it resolved User's recommendation: Never use Viagogo they are the worse ticket agency ever they don’t stand behind anything they never answer the phone so you can’t talk to anyone.
