You never let me buy anything

I keep trying to Buy things and you wont let me I know there is enough money in my account for whatever I am buying but before youve even checked it comes up at the bottom Your card has declined check with your bank. Now Ive written an email I cant remember now I think it may have been Karen but she said shed sort it and Id be able to use it again. But when i tried they wouldnt let me. This has upset me deeply as so many things Ive wanted to buy and havent been able to. YkUYu. User's recommendation: Awful at the moment.
