You lock my google play card

I bought $100 google play card on 30th last month but I cant get money out of the card it was saying (we need more info to redeem the card) but the money still in the card but you have lock the card you need to unlock the card for me before I can get the money out of the card User's recommendation: I want you to unlock my card for me back so I will get the money out of the card.
