I have sent several messages with regard to this order. No batteries were included, nor a charger, Your company suggested a $20 refund, then a $25 refund. I have suggested solutions, but these have been ignored. My most recent response, on your own system, pointed out the current prices advertised on your website, and that I had paid $A106+, for a tool that is useless without batteries. I suggested that I pay an extra $A30, based on the currently advertised prices of each option, and you supply 2 batteries to suit this chainsaw, or allow me to return the unit for a credit. My messages are ignored, and I note you have closed the tickets. If you are unable to sort out this problem, I will have no other option than to advise PayPal to this effect. Thanks
