You guys are fraud

we bought a ticket through Kayak the airline said we couldnt travel because we need to redo a covid test and now kayak is saying we need to buy a new ticket they cant do nothing. why take money when u cannot help you guys are FRAUD!!!!! no one should it ticket with this fraud refund my money or give me credit for my money $1400 is no joke its my hard earned money . i
