We received are gas bill for this month and I am not happy black hills charged us a late fee of 60 cents, we have never been late on are gas bill ever, get real thats stupid to panic over 60 cents what butts You have harrased us the last 6 months with your textes we, finally had to get rude so you all would quit texting, we didn't ask you too you were doing it on your own. So I guess black hills is trying to get back at us. Grow Up what are you all a bunch of 2 year olds!!!
