You can’t buy parts to fix you system

So my Winegard Pathway X2 Dish Portable Satellite TV Antenna came apart. So l looked at what happen and I see that the gear bearing came apart. I contacted Windgard and they will not sell the parts to fix it. It's about 8 screws to install this parts and I have to send it in for them to fix it???? This BS. What a waste of time and money. So if anyone that see this I am looking for a POS Winegard Pathway X2 Dish Portable Satellite TV Antenna that does not work or is damaged.
