im still experiencing the exact same problem even on a new account where i ordered everything separately its honestly terrible how they took serval days to get back to me without any real help and clearly not actually understanding or knowing what was happening to me. i just want to be able to order my iteams in peace its so frustrating and upsetting and really just horrible service in general User's recommendation: don’t buy from this place.
