This is by far the most sorry, no account outfit I have ever been forced to deal with. They do reimbursement payments for my medical as part of my retirement plan. I have no other choice. I am forced to deal with them. I have never ever been on the phone with them for less than two hours waiting for someone to help with even a small problem. They have very low IQ employees who will transfer you to even worse less intelligent employees that will just hang up on you. User's recommendation: If you can avoid it never deal with these people.
