11/9/2016 Sold me new yamaha yxz1000r as new. Shipped it to oregon, when i got it damage to seat's, front & rear fender's, passenger grad bar, sticker peeling off, no extra key, no owners manual. I called hall's motorsports 1520w i65 service rd mobile al [protected]-0999talked to steve the salesman told him about the damage. Steve said you got a good price. I then called the manager greg youngblood and he would make excuses. Then i called yamaha corporation they dealerships are independent, could not believe yamaha corporation would not stand behind there brand or call the dealership. There is no sesolution from them, i would like new parts for my yxz1000r. I have found out yamaha sells damaged yxz1000r to dealerships for 10% off.
