Yahoo/AAbaco Small Business is Aweful

I am able to log into my small business control panel which verifies that I am update to date on all my monthly invoices. However, when I try to log into my email, it is nowhere to be found. I have issued a case and have been provided a case number days ago and not received any help. I have also tried to call the help desk and waited for an hour without being able to speak to a human being. Also, nobody is available at the chat service. Hands down the worst service I have ever encountered. Borge
