XLM coin transfer is missing over $1,000

Bank account purchase of $1000 to purchase XLM was successful. Transferred this amount to Coinbase Wallet and the amount is missing. It was successfully sent and received but shows $0.00. Over 15 emails sent to customer support and they keep dodging this issue and telling me that I had the wrong address. This is incorrect as I own both wallets.
