On the 10th January I bought a Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 on gearbest, I waited about 3 months for it to be dispatched but it was never available. So after waiting so long, I asked for the refund. The refund process was was complete on the 10th of March, and they told me it would take maximum 14 working days for me to receive. As that date passed, I emailed them again, and then they told me 30 working days. Today it is the 17th April, and still I have no refund nor answer about my money. They owe me 241.95$.
