X590 does not mulch properly

Frankly this will be the last Deere product I guy. Owned a FT 245 for 19 years and it mulched perfectly this X590 is horrible. 11/2 years old and have never worked properly... Leaves behind a trail of grass so I have to cut the grass twice. Called your customer service line which a complete joke. I'm a retired CEO an dyour customer service support is non existent I"m on my own trying to fix this issue. a retired CEO retirex CEo User's recommendation: Don't buy a DEERE.
