Dear West Suburban Bank Representative, Yesterday, on June 8th, around 11 AM to 12 Noon, a woman in a white car rang our doorbell, claiming she was from West Suburban bank. She said she was conducting a survey. I called West Suburban today, June 9th, to verify if this was legitimate. A lady from customer service said this is not something West Suburban does. I am not sure whether or not I should get the police involved, but I wanted to inform you that someone is misrepresenting West Suburban bank. This woman was white, blonde, and was around 5 feet. She looked young, maybe in her 20s. She came to our door, asking for my father, Antonio Lomonaco. We did not give this woman any information. The woman then left, and stayed parked near our house, for a good 5 minutes, before leaving. Please look into this matter. I only hope she did not try to scam any other neighbors.
