WRONGLY CHARGED

Hello i canceled my account 3 to months ago and you are charging me again. I can not go into the account to solve problem because i do not have account anymore. please if you can help me with this. my name is Dario Ruiz my number 305-890-****. I am being charged to my bank $11.30 every month again. Thank you
