Wrong size, Low quality product

I ordered a yellow satin shoe, first it took so long to arrive I had to order another pair of shoes for the occasion I needed it for, secondly the size didn’t fit, it was low quality material, poor packaging and no returns address. I’ve been sending emails for them to send me a return address and got no response.
