A personalised acrylic photo frame was ordered for fathers day. We received the parcel on father's day but it was a picture of someone else! How could a gift delivery service screw up so badly?? Completely unhappy with them. Even if they sort things out, what does it matter? You already caused embarrassment of the sender in from of the receiver! I will never use them again and I will not be recommending them to anyone. Don't waste your time and money with them, they don't know how to do the one job they get paid for!
