I am a frequent online shopper for a goodwill online and I have never had any issues except for the one in Jacksonville. I want to bid on and one a wireless keyboard for my iPad and when it finally arrived in the mail there was no keyboard so I was very upset and not only was my item missing it wasn't even checked before it was shipped out. I did get reimbursed for it but I was still upset because I really wanted it and I still have not received anything as I was supposed to get the keyboard and they never sent it to me they just gave me my money back. Now recently I just paid on and one a small lots of five coach and Dooney and Bourke wallets And upon opening the box I find completely ugly dirty not even what I purchased in the picture not one of them was what I bid on and one and I'm very upset so I wrote a message saying I want my money back and I want my item shipped to me because this is in fair this is the second time at this one has messed up my order and completely ruined everything for me I don't know what the point of shopping online and bidding on stuff waiting for days sometimes because the beds are so long and then just to get disappointed in the end it's really a shame I've never had any issue with any other goodwill online except for this one something needs to be done because the management there is ridiculous during Covid it should've been a lot easierFor workers to accommodate people buying stuff online considering we're not allowed in stores for the most part but it honestly only got worse in this area it's very sad very disappointing and I will never bid on anything ever again from Jacksonville and I will steer clear and I hope other people do too because it's not worth it unless something gets done This is just gonna keep happening especially with the store
