Bought 2 items.. A Black Hoodie with cartoon print, seller delivered a plain Hoodie. A white T-shirt with cartoon print, seller delivered a black T-shirt with white flower print. I would appreciate a call or chat from Seller if the items I ordered is not available. But there is no chat or text or call, just delivered the wrong items and claim correct. Please do not shop with One Love Boutique. Even if u try to contact seller to solve the issue, seller will not reply. Submit Dispute to Lazada, Lazada rejected it. I am a Korean living in Hanoi....felt like to save trouble, close the case without investigation. It would be greatly appreciated if Lazada could get Seller to contact buyer or assist in some discount for loyalty buyer. Unhelpful Lazada staff just brushed off everything by saying Sorry. Your staff make me feel seller has no fault and all fault lies on me. Why should I pay in full amount to receive 2 wrong items?
