Wrong dress

Hi, I received my latest order and one of the dresses is not what I ordered. I ordered the Ditsy Floral Ruched A-Line Dress (3rd picture on the right) and I received a completely different style. See picture 1 & 2. I messaged you on Sunday and no one has replied. I would appreciate some acknowledgement as I'm not sure how to proceed. Thank you, Shelagh Titterington
