Wrong displayed price, couldnt get a refund

Hi, I am writing this complaint because I have had a very bad experience with economybookings.com and I request a reimbursement of the money I paid for nothing. Let me explain the situation: I wanted to book a car for Mallorca, Spain, through the website. While making the reservation online, a Swiss number calls me and tells me to book, saying that an extra fee of 8euros per day should be added for the full insurance coverage. Following the advice, that is what I did. I booked the car, until now, no problem. However, once I arrived at the counter of "Goldcar" at the airport (the rental car company), they tell me I have to pay an extra 256 euros for the coverage, which was supposedly included in the price I paid, as the person on the Swiss number told me. After having checked on the website, there was indeed the full insurance coverage+airport fees included in the price I paid. The lady of the rental car company said that I still had to pay the extra 256 euros no matter what. When I tried to call the Swiss number again to talk about this issue, no one answers. I called minimum 10 times, Swiss, English whatever number I found online, without success. No one was answering anymore. This is completely unacceptable, since when I was making the booking, directly a person from Economybookings.com called me to proceed with the booking. Having no 256euros more to spend, I decided to cancel the booking. Which I found to be impossible as well. The payment I had made for the initial price (271euros) on Economybookings.com did not go through yet, this is why I emailed 3 times the company to tell them not to accept the payment. I did not receive any answers to my emails, and the payment went through the next day... At the end, I could not get the car, and I lost 271 euros. I am a student and I am not full of financial resources, I had to take a bus and lost more than 2 hours at the airport trying to solve this issue. I request a refund of the 271 EUR, since I have not even got the car. Thank you for your comprehension and looking forward to hearing from you to solve this issue ASAP.
