Wrong dates on my booking

When I went to book my room, I saw that it stated 100%refundable. The date saved was incorrect and when I went to change the date 10 mins later, I couldn't. I called Snap travel to have them to change for me and was informed they WOULD NOT do anything to help me. I was told, "Oh well, we won't do anything for you, you're just going to have to keep your reservation". NEVER EVER USE THEM!! LIARS IF I COULD GIVE A 1/2 STAR, I WOULD!! User's recommendation: NEVER NEVER EVER USE THEM.
