I personally think that the pair of shoes that i had received were duplicate and were way too different from the ones which were shown in the picture. So, i requested the company to arrange an exchange rather than return but they arranged a return even w/o informing me. I am way too dissatisfied and dissapointed. I even tried to reach them to clear that i am not willing to return the pair of shoes but the customer care services were so bad that they did not even had the time to listen to my complain. User's recommendation: Please do not buy any shoes from myntra or check them once you receive them.
