Wrong advise and refund problem

I ordered 5 punch pads. I received an email on my delivery date which they mentioned they just have 1 in stock. I called customer service and explained I need 5 and 1 is not enough. The lady told me as that one is already dispatched, I can easily decline the delivery and give it back to the driver. I did so, however after 10 days, I haven't received my refund yet. I tried to contact customer service, as soon as I put my order number the line get cut off. Sent an email and I got irrelevant respond. Really don't know what to do to get my money back.
