Terrible! I am taking legal action against Regus. The sales representative shared false information and customer service takes weeks to answer (if you get any answer at all). It took multiple emails over a course of MONTHS just to get a copy of my terms of service. I was ignored and finally sent screenshots of a checkout page in lieu of the agreement. I finally got a phone number to call to terminate my membership and "the call can not be completed". I will also be filing a complaint with the NC Attorney General and reporting additional charges as fraudulent to my bank.
