If I could give this company a negative rating I would! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM! My non-profit company had a contract with them and chose not to renew at the end of our term. We gave them written notice 9 months prior to the end of the contract. They continued to deliver and charge us after our contract ended, even though we reminded them that we were stopping service with them. They tricked a new employee into signing for things when they came to pick up all the unused items they had left during the time they continued to deliver after we requested the end to the service. They didn't leave anything on that visit, but they charged us for a delivery. We were told by the company that it was their error and they would remove the charges from our account. They did not and in fact, stopped returning our phone calls and emails. They turned our account over to a collection company and stated we were liable for charges for reasons that were not in the contract we signed with them. They refused to work with us. We ended up paying them for the fraudulent charges because it would have cost us more money to take them to court. AVOID ARAMARK UNIFORM SERVICES AT ALL COSTS!!!
