At the Bluffton Indiana DQ location while my vehicle was being repaired at the Ford dealer beside the DQ I couldn't order in the lobby cause it was closed. An employee told me to walk to the window and place my order as anotheran did and got his food. I then went to place my order and they refused to take my order for not being in a car after just selling food to thean ahead of me. User's recommendation: From my descriminating experience and from reading many bad reviews and the low rating DQ has I wouldn't recommend anyone to do business with DQ and I will NEVER visit another DQ ever again!
