Would not give a refund in spite of what their return policy says

after receiving the merchandise which was of poor quality, i called on 3 occasions and would not be given a refund. the order was for $175 dollars and all they would give me was a $50 dollar credit. i have ordered from this company for years. do not order from this company. User's recommendation: be careful of what you order, read the fine print as some merchandise is non refundable.
