Update by user Jul 31, 2021 *** sporting goods is horrible Original review posted by user Jul 31, 2021 Placed 2 orders one by mistake contacted *** immediately agent refused to cancel and would not let me speak to supervisor! Disconnected spoke to another idiot agent they would not let me speak to a supervisor disconnected same thing happened a 3rd time finally the 4th time this is 30 minutes after placing the order now because Im dealing with these *** agents. Got a supervisor finally named Jwean or something she told me it was to late to cancel now it was in the shipping phase! Now Im being charged 125 by my bank for overdraft fees for that order which is more than the order itself!! User's recommendation: Do not shop at dicks!!!!
