03/04/21 I ordered chocolate covered strawberries and pretzel sticks and I also ordered some beautiful flowers to be delivered for a very special occasions. The flowers came on time but were wilted and dying when they arrived. The strawberries got delivered to the wrong address, and they forgot the pretzels. I called 1 800 flowers, and they delivered everything before they closed, but I was so upset because the orders were for a special event, and they showed up half dead flowers and no strawberries or pretzels until it was too late.
