Order placed in March totalling £182 and because of severe delays I cancelled the order in total. This company is a total disgrace when it comes to customer service as Ive tried to get my money back so many times its unbelievable. Ive had 2 partial refunds to date but still owed £42 so I found a number 0333003**** and after holding for 35mins managed to speak to a call centre employee who has authorised for the balance to be refunded in the next 7 working days. I advised him that if no refund is paid I will take legal action because in my opinion this company should not be allowed to trade any longer. They are without doubt the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with in my entire life User's recommendation: DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY.
