While trying to inform WD that I do not have a subscription to their magazine there is no easy way to find email address for customer service. Would not open some pages because it send my email address was invalid. I have used the same email address for 20 years!! No one else has a problem! If they use the same attitude to address problems, this situation will never be fixed!! att User's recommendation: Forget using the computer & try calling numbers. But use only during a M-F, 9-5 and expect to use a large number of cell phone minutes while being put on hold!
