Bought a mattress 2.5 years ago. Paid $3k. Now mattress has a serious dip. Sent pictures and video. Warranty department says not enough of a sag. I explained that the mattress topper makes it impossible to show 2 inches of sag. I used a level so they could see the dip. Still nothing. These thieves will do anything to not stand by their warranty. DO NOT BUY A SEALY. THEY DO NOT STAND. EHIND THEIR PRODUCT.
