Uship is not supportive of your requirements. These guys consider themselves neutral to the customer (ordering shipping) and the shipping service (broker). So don't expect them to assist you if you have any issues or disputes. Although they consider themselves neutral, don't be fooled. They are making money on both sides, and don't vet out any of the contractors on their site. This will bite you in the *** for sure, and it will definitely bite them in the *** one day if they don't support their vendors and customers. There are several other broker type sites like this out there and they WILL support you when there is a dispute until resolution. Do yourself a favor, don't use them. If you do use them, be sure you don't give any of your payment information to the drivers or shipping companies outside of the uship site. Many of them will quote you pricing, them charge you fees separate from uship. I have now been burned by their lack of "customer service" when it comes to disputed with the shipping services. I will never let my business do any business with this company again.
