It's been six weeks and I still can't get a payoff quote. I've been sending large amounts of money (overnighted with receipt and verification) and still not credited. They want to charge me interest on the money that they were holding without being credited. They blame their slow customer service on the Covid, but they are just stupid bad workers in my opinion. I would avoid them at all costs!!! User's recommendation: Do not do business with them.
