Their service is so poor, I lost my 135 and their response is also very bad. I have opt for End of Tenancy Cleaning with Oven Cleaning. This was done on 11/Jul at Reading (8A High Street RG1 2EA) and inventory checkout was done on 13/Jul. There are lots of concerns raised in the inventory report with respect to cleaning. Now the letting agent (ROMANS) has asked me to pay 270., which means I've end-up paying 405 for 1BHK flat!!!! However while I've contacted them, they just said that they can't do anything at the moment. So i would strongly suggest not to use their service at all.
