my ticket Id 19705**** is open since 16 aug and in 24 hrs they are just doing timepass and playing volleyball game between your 2 support team. I am not getting any fruitful information from support team. They dont know the meaning of customer support and no way to discuss with customer care on phone. same message is being played in loop on IVR when tried to speak with customer support team on helpline nos. IVR is Not allowing me to enter into call queue. Each reply is just copy and paste from predefined templates and nothing new since first conversation.
