WORST order process and customer service

I ordered an engraved item online and received a confirmation after the order, but no status update for over a week. I requested an updated order status online and they said they could not give me the shipping/tracking number unless I called. I called for the number, the number was wrong and I still did not receive an email saying it had shipped. When I finally received the package (after the projected delivery date) the engraved monogram was incorrect. I then had to exchange the item over the phone and never received an updated confirmation or number for the new order. I kept going onto chat online for an order number which is not eligible to be tracked online since I placed the order on the phone. What kind of outdated system is that??? The order was placed over a week ago and has not been shipped at all. It will now apparently ship today though I still haven't even received any updates. The projected delivery date is 3 days later than the original stated. The customer service over chat is very difficult to get anything useful and the two attendants I spoke to on the phone were rude and not helpful.
