Worst experience with an online retailer I have ever had! I placed an order for a Jacket on December 18th 2011 and paid $13 so that I would receive the order by Christmas. When my order was placed delivery was scheduled for December 21st. Well one thing is for sure the money was taken out of my account December 21st. It is January 11th and still no jacket...not even a tracking number. I have talked to the same customer service rep. twice and heard the same song and dance both times. I have been told that they are waiting on the vendor/manufacturer. Even if this is true I was not told this when I placed the order. I was told December 21st!! STAY AWAY FROM CONSTRUCTIONGEAR.COM or you could just throw some money out of your window!
