Purchased a resin shed online, costing over 850 pounds. Delivered in two huge cartons to Spain, left in pouring rain. Discovered 7 broken items in content, boxes ruined in rain, so unusable for return. Complained about broken items, was told to be assured, would ensure 100% satisfaction. Then suggested I wrap the entire shed parts, weighing over 140 kilos in clingfilm and they would arrange collection. I offered a solution to get the parts repaired and they pay the cost of 250 Euros. This was agreed and I had them repaired locally. Then obviously ensuring they could create further obstacles, they demanded a VAT invoice to get the payment. I used a local tradesman, who clearly stated that he had not charged any VAT. Now going to be a legal matter and will take many months to resolve. Do not trust this company, it is certainly well presented on its website, but beneath the veneer, it has no customer consideration or care whatsoever.
