They are the worst mortgage company. Please do not deal with them they will rip you off. They're inexperienced and customer service is terrible and supervisors don't know their job. They offer no assistance to customers. They will not work with you no matter what circumstances occur. If you become unemployed they will refuse to work with you. They just don't care about their customers and will take your home for little or nothing. No loan modification and they refuse to refinance or lower your payments in any form or fashion. Please do not allow them to finance your home. They will foreclose and not give you a chance to make any payment arrangements.
