We had a dozen or more homeowner insurance policies with them. During the year the company they chose changed the coverage unilaterally to exclude any form of water damage and other things. Agent didn't comment on it When they came up for renewal they wouldnt do any due diligence to compare pricing and when we did it they were no where near competitive. In addition, no customer service whatsoever and we had no claims. Plus they issued the wrong type of insurance on one of the properties. Why use an agent if they are making it more expensive plus no service
