In my Opinion this is the WORST! Experience WITH A FLORIST! I have ever HAD! I ordered a Beautiful arrangement for my 82 year old Mother for Valentines called Lavender &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; White Brilliance (Deluxe (As Shown)) only to have something delivered that was not what I ordered, I called them up fix the problem and they said I needed to send an email with a picture, I understand the arrangement my not be exactly the same, but the arrangement they delivered on my behalf was so so awful! They even gave the wrong Vase * I gave them Special instructions: please change the vase to an elegant lavender bouquet vase PURPLE COLOR. I could have gone to the market and payed $30.00 and saved $50.00 plus, I would never recommend this florist, Avoid at all cost If I could give them a negative stars I would have!
